Effective Date: May 2026 · Last Updated: May 2026
Welcome to Youngpreneur Club, a business and entrepreneurship program for children aged 8–16, and to the coaching and educational programs offered by Partha Anand (hereinafter referred to as 'We', 'Us', or 'Our'). By enrolling in any of our programs, accessing our content, or visiting our website, you (the parent, guardian, or participant) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before making any payment or enrolling in any program. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we request you not to proceed with enrollment.
1. Program Enrollment & Eligibility
Enrollment in any program conducted by us is subject to the following conditions:
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment through our official payment gateway.
- Programs designed for children are conducted under the supervision of the enrolled child's parent or guardian, who is solely responsible for ensuring the child's participation.
- We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or remove a participant from the program at our sole discretion, without assigning any reason, in case of non-compliance with program conduct guidelines.
- Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment alone does not guarantee enrollment if the batch is full — in such cases, a full refund will be issued.
2. Fees, Payment & Refund Policy
2.1 Fees
- All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Program fees are non-transferable and cannot be applied to any other batch or program unless explicitly approved by us in writing.
2.2 Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced, regardless of the reason for non-attendance or early withdrawal.
- Refund requests made more than 48 hours before the program start date will be considered at our sole discretion and may be subject to a processing fee of up to 10% of the program fee.
- Refund requests made within 48 hours of the program start date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- In the event of a program cancellation initiated by us, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
- We are not liable for any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion losses incurred during refund processing.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content, materials, and resources created and shared in connection with our programs are our exclusive intellectual property. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Program curriculum, lesson plans, slides, worksheets, and student workbooks
- Frameworks, tools, and methodologies developed or adapted by us
- Written content, graphics, illustrations, and designs
- Audio, video, and multimedia content produced before, during, or after any program session
- Brand name, logo, taglines, and visual identity of Youngpreneur Club and Partha Anand
3.1 Restrictions on Use
- Participants and parents/guardians are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, uploading, selling, or sharing any program material — in part or in full — without prior written permission from us.
- Screenshots, screen recordings, or any form of capture of live or recorded sessions are not permitted without express written consent.
- Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in immediate removal from the program without refund, and may attract legal action.
4. Recording Rights & Use of Content for Training and Marketing
By enrolling in any program, you grant us unconditional, irrevocable, royalty-free, and worldwide permission to:
- Record, capture, photograph, and document all sessions, activities, group discussions, presentations, and events conducted as part of the program — whether held online or in person.
- Use recordings, photographs, video clips, testimonials, student work samples, and other content featuring or related to participants for our internal training, program improvement, and quality assessment purposes.
- Use such content for our marketing, promotional, advertising, and social media purposes, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, website, and print materials.
- Edit, crop, overlay text, add voiceover, or otherwise modify recordings and photographs for any of the above purposes.
- Retain and use such content in perpetuity without any obligation to compensate, credit, or notify the participants or their parents/guardians.
If you do not wish for your child's image, voice, or work to be used in marketing materials, you must inform us in writing before the program commences. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from group photographs or session recordings.

- In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, technical failures, or health emergencies), we may reschedule, postpone, or convert sessions to an alternate format without incurring any liability.
- We are not liable for any losses, inconveniences, or additional costs incurred by participants or their families due to such modifications.
9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our content.
- Our total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the specific program in question.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Partha Anand and Youngpreneur Club, its associates, coaches, and staff from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your participation in our programs.
10. Third-Party Links & Platforms
- Our programs may involve use of third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Workspace, Razorpay, or Instagram. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or conduct of these third-party services.
- Participants and parents/guardians are encouraged to review the privacy policies and terms of service of all third-party platforms used during the program.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
- In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, in the city where we are primarily operating.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Continued participation in any of our programs following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
By proceeding with enrollment and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and/or the participating child.
